Large US survey shows that smokers who use e-cigarettes with non – tobacco flavours are more likely to quit smoking successfully than users who do not use flavours or use tobacco flavours only.

The significance of this study is that it is one of very few that have investigated the impact that flavours in e-cigarettes have on quit attempts and 100% quit success rates amongst those who are trying to stop smoking using e-cigarettes. People that used mint and menthol flavours were more likely (slightly) to quit smoking completely that users of non-tobacco flavours.
